MSRP & MAP Violation
Dangerous Power strictly enforces MSRP and MAP protocols in order to prevent any sort of conflict. Retail Distributors who refuse to follow such agreements shall be notified and warned. If a retailer shall refuse to abide by these agreements with Dangerous Power, the dealership agreement will be immediately terminated. If the retailer continues to violate these agreements, Dangerous Power will no longer support and uphold any previous agreements. Any product sold by the retailer with a terminated dealership agreement shall not be warrantied by Dangerous Power under any circumstance.
